How to Order
To place your custom gift basket order, please complete our online request form or contact our team directly.
Once your request is received, we will prepare a summary of your selected items, confirm availability, and issue an invoice. Your invoice will include an estimated date of completion based on product availability and current demand.
Please note:
- Payment is required before your basket is prepared or shipped.
- No items will be dispatched without full payment.
- Shipping costs will be included in the invoice.
- Custom orders may require additional preparation time, especially for handmade items.
