Custom Orders, Cultural Pieces, and Special Requests
Some of our most loved items — especially our handcrafted wooden artefacts — are made in limited quantities or created to order. Each piece is shaped by hand, using traditional methods, and guided by cultural practice. That means it takes time — and great care.
If you see something listed as unavailable, or if you would like to request a special piece not currently in stock, you are welcome to place an order using the form below. We create clapsticks, boomerangs, nulla nullas, coolamons, yam sticks, and more — each with its own story, meaning, and connection to Country.
How it Works:
- Fill in the form below with the details of what you would like to order — including item type, quantity, and any custom requests.
- We will contact you within 2–3 business days to confirm the order and provide estimated timeframes for completion and delivery.
- For all wooden artefacts, we will issue you an invoice and request a 50% deposit before we begin crafting your item. This confirms your order and allows us to source materials, prepare respectfully, and start the work.
- Once your item is complete, we will notify you and request final payment before shipping.
We will keep you informed throughout the process. If delays occur due to weather, sourcing restrictions, or cultural obligations, we will always let you know in advance.
